1. Returns

1.1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.3. In case of refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
