¿A qué países haces envíos?

The Classic series of reels have been replaced by the G2 line up but Avet was holding on to some inventory so we're able to pass this deal on to you. At $100 off these are an awesome deal for guys looking to get a lighter live bait or bottom fishing reel. The SXJ is perfect for 15-25lb line and this one even comes as a two speed and with the magnetic cast control. These reels don't come with the glide plate unlike the G2 and Raptor models. This size does not come with a reel clamp.

Model Line Class Gear Ratio Line Capacity Drag Retrieve Weight
SXJ 6/4 MC 15-25lb 6.3:1 - 3.8:1 40lb - 280yds 9lb Strike
14lb Full
36" - 21" 17oz

The SXJ is the smallest fully machined aluminum reel on the market, a narrow version of the very popular SX reel.  The spool is about a thumbs width, it's darn tiny, but inside and outside it's strong and fully capable of landing larger fish than any other reel built (that's anywhere near it's size). Could be the giant killer you've always wanted to own, especially if you have a David vs. Goliath kind of personality thing going on.

This little gem is every bit an Avet, strong construction, great casting capability with plenty of freespool, an advanced drag, and then you have value as well as additional features to boast about. The skinny little SXJ will find a home with guys fishing both salt and freshwater - it will cover some ground as either the smallest reel in a fellows reel bag or perhaps the most powerful piece owned. For a freshwater fisherman targeting larger fish, this will be a go-to reel. For a salty type targeting anything from rockfish, albacore tuna, bass...you name it, it can be a workhorse for many applications. In my own mind, it may not be as versatile a piece to own as say an MXL for day to day fishing, but it is something that fits a niche that many of us want filled.

The SXJ comes with a narrow reel foot, so it will fit on most rods - even freshwater rods. It does not come with a reel clamp. (Another reason why I like the idea of using this on my Ahi Assassin 100 or United Composite RCE + series rods since they make use of a double lock-down ALPS reel seat). It's a wonderful size for casting and leveling your line just became a bit easier due to it's skinny size.
