FishLab Rolling Tackle Bags

$189.99 USD
Size
  • Available in 2 Sizes
  • 4 rod holders
  • Integrated rain cover
  • Rust resistant zippers
  • Durable water resistant fabric

Okuma partnered with FishLab on a replacement to the popular Nomad roller tackle bags that were recently discontinued. These bags are a huge step forward from their older design, the fabric and zippers feel a lot more durable so they should have less longevity issues despite costing the same as the older bags. The Small size comes with 5 3600 size tackle trays which gives plenty of room for gear, you’ll have more than enough space for any trips shorter than 6 days. The Large includes 3 3700 size trays and one deep 3700 tray which gives you the additional room needed for a longer range trip.

The integrated rain cover is a great touch for when the weather gets rough on the boat, you can rest assured that your tackle will be safe. Speaking of safe tackle, the new upgrade rod holders will accommodate larger rods and keep them secured with the extra Velcro straps towards the top of the bag. The straps are a great addition, I’ve personally experienced seeing a guy’s rod fall down over and over in their tackle bag rod holder because it wasn’t secured. The extra weight of a 16 oz sinker rig was enough to push his rod around with every swell.

As a regular bag it stands out, with the addition of the wheels it makes the perfect light tackle bag for fishing. Once you load it up with jigs, hooks, weights and more you’ll be glad it comes with wheels. As cool as wooden tackle boxes are, there is no comparison in convenience.
